Kids Birthday Parties in Versilia, Florence and Tuscany
From a first birthday by the sea to a teen party in Florence: venue, entertainment, cake and photographer, organised end to end.
A children's birthday party in Forte dei Marmi or Versilia usually happens in one of four places: a beach club with a reserved shaded area, the garden of a private villa with a pool, a restaurant with a separate room, or an agriturismo in the hills with animals and open grass. In Florence and inland Tuscany it is normally a villa garden or a restaurant with its own courtyard. Tvoi Concierge books the venue and builds the whole party around it: entertainment, cake, decor, photographer and guest logistics. Olga and the team have lived in Tuscany for more than 15 years and work in Russian, Italian, German and English, which matters when the children and the grandparents do not share a language. You get one coordinator who is on site from setup to the last balloon, so the parents can actually be guests at their own child's party. Four to six weeks of notice is comfortable, longer for July and August on the coast.
What We Organise
Venue Selection
Beach clubs in Forte dei Marmi and Marina di Pietrasanta, private villa gardens, restaurants with a separate room and a kids area, agriturismi with animals and lawns.
Entertainment and Animators
Animators in Russian, Italian and English, magicians and bubble shows, craft and pizza workshops, face painting, inflatables and a DJ set for teenagers.
First Birthdays and Toddlers
A short format that respects the afternoon nap: shade, a soft corner for crawlers, and babysitters for the youngest guests so the adults can sit down too.
Cake, Kids Menu and the Parents' Table
A themed cake from a local pastry chef, a sweet table, a kids menu children actually eat, and a proper lunch or aperitivo for the adults. Allergies noted in advance.
Photo and Video
A photographer used to working with children, quick and unobtrusive, with a short highlights video on request. Edited images usually arrive within a week.
Decor, Setup and a Rain Plan
Theme decor, balloon installations and a photo corner standing before the guests arrive, plus parking, guest transfers and a covered alternative confirmed for every outdoor date.
Why Families Book With Us
Four Languages on the Day
Our coordinators work in Russian, Italian, German and English, and the animators keep a mixed group of children playing together instead of splitting into language camps.
Parents Stay Guests
One coordinator handles the suppliers, the timing and whatever goes sideways. You arrive with the guests instead of arriving three hours early with the balloons.
15+ Years in Tuscany
We know which beach clubs, villas and restaurants genuinely welcome children, and which ones look good in photos but leave them nowhere to run.
The Right Format for the Age
A one-year-old, a six-year-old and a fourteen-year-old need three different parties. Timing, food and the programme are built around the actual age group.
Frequently Asked Questions
What format works for a first birthday?
Keep it short: two to two and a half hours, late morning or after the afternoon nap, in shade and with a soft play corner. Much of a first birthday is really for the adults, so we plan a calm table for them and book the photographer for the first hour.
How many children can come?
Most parties we run have 8 to 25 children, with one animator per 8 to 10 kids. Beach clubs and villa gardens in Versilia comfortably take 40 to 60 people in total, adults included.
What happens if it rains?
We only book outdoor venues that have a covered fallback: an indoor room, a veranda or a marquee. The call is normally made 24 to 48 hours ahead, and the decor and timing move with it.
Do you have Russian-speaking animators?
Yes. Animators working in Russian, Italian and English are available in Versilia and Florence all year. German-speaking entertainers exist too, but need more notice, especially in August.
What does a kids birthday party cost?
It depends on the venue, the number of guests and the programme, so we prepare a personalised estimate after a short brief: how many children are coming, the type of venue, the entertainment you want, catering and the time of year. A villa with full decor and a show sits in a different budget from a reserved table at a beach club. Every quote lists venue, catering, entertainment and our fee separately.
How far in advance should we book?
Four to six weeks is comfortable. For July and August in Forte dei Marmi count on two to three months, because the best beach clubs and animators go early. Last-minute requests are still worth sending.
