Who handles the contract and the social contributions?
The family is the employer, so the contract follows the CCNL lavoro domestico and the hire is registered with INPS. What if it does not work out?
That is what trial days and the probation period in the contract are for. If the fit is wrong in the first weeks, we restart the search at no extra search fee and cover the gap with a temporary nanny so your routine does not collapse.
