Questions about personal shopping
Can you arrange a fitting after hours or without the crowd?
Yes. We book a convenient time in advance and, where possible, arrange fittings away from the general flow of shoppers, calmly and without queues.
Can we combine the city and the outlets in one day?
Yes. Typically the morning is boutiques and workshops in the centre, the afternoon a trip to the outlet villages outside town, with the chauffeured car waiting between stops.
Is there a best time to shop, and for the sales?
Winter reductions start in January and summer ones in July; between seasons the boutiques are quieter and more attentive. Bespoke tailoring is best begun several weeks ahead of the date you need it.
Do you help with bespoke tailoring and alterations?
Yes. We introduce the atelier, accompany you for measurements and fittings, and make sure the final adjustments are ready before you leave or shipped to you afterwards.
