Which areas do you manage villas in?
We are based in Florence and manage properties across Tuscany: Chianti, the Florentine and Sienese countryside, the Val d'Orcia, and Forte dei Marmi and the Versilia coast. Other locations are possible on request.
I only visit a few times a year. Do you handle everything in between?
Yes. For absentee owners we run the villa as if you were there: scheduled care, inspections, vendor coordination and bills, with regular reporting so you stay informed without being involved day to day.
How do you report on the property?
You receive regular updates with photos, a summary of completed and planned works, and a clear view of costs. Anything urgent we flag immediately and propose a solution.
Do you manage the staff and vendors, or just introduce them?
We can do either. We coordinate and supervise existing staff and trusted vendors, or introduce and manage new ones, checking their work on site and keeping standards consistent.
Will the house be ready when we arrive?
That is the point of pre-arrival readiness: heating or cooling on, a deep clean done, the fridge stocked to your preferences, and any housekeeping, chef or driver arranged, so you walk into a house that is fully alive.
